Payment
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards are accepted directly. Payment by Paypal is also accepted. There are no fees or penalties for any of these payment services.
Returns
Products in resellable condition (no nicks, scratches, scuffing or missing pieces), or products that do not perform as advertised or is defective (see warranty, below) are eligible for a full refund of the product price or exchange of equivalent value, buyer’s choice. Products that are damaged after delivery only qualify for partial refunds, depending on the condition. The buyer should try to return items within 30 days of delivery.
Unless the product does not perform as advertised, shipping costs are not refundable except through specific prior arrangement. Except for prior arrangement, refunds on any shipping cost will not be given above the value of First Class shipping on this site.

Products sent for return or exchange must be packaged properly. Products damaged in return shipping due to poor packing will not qualify for a full refund.
Marketing
DM-Accessories does not share specific personal information with other companies, except when required to carry out an order or request, such as for shipping. Customer personal information will not be sold, traded or given. Email addresses will not be given except to shipping companies so they can provide updates on the status of a shipment.
Limited Warranty
Products are warranted from defects in design, materials and workmanship for one year. Warranty does not apply to products altered by parties other than DM Accessories LLC if the modification contributed to failure. Abuse, neglect and improper or insufficient maintenance that leads to failure will void the warranty. Use outside of advertised capabilities may void the warranty, please email specifics of the use before purchase. To qualify, the original product must be returned to DM Accessories LLC unless other arrangement is made. Compensation for product failure is limited to replacement or refund the original purchase price of a failed product that was made by DM Accessories LLC.
Domestic Shipping
UPS and US Postal Service shipping methods are both available through this store. Choose your service and shipping method on check-out. A customer's FedEx account can be used by special arrangement.
Domestic packages will normally be shipped the same day or next business day. The buyer will normally be notified of any delay longer than two business days. Shipping deadline is 3pm US Eastern Time unless by special arrangement.
