This is an adapter for most the tall & narrow compact palm camcorders, for mounting on professional-sized tripod heads. Known compatible models are Canon’s HV10, ZR200, ZR500 and ZR800, Elura and Optura models.
This is a vertical offset adapter with a quick and convenient thumbscrew release to remove the camcorder for packing or “run and gun” activity. It does not have the accessory bar found on the PROAT-MINI.
The parts are machined aluminum and powder coated satin black, with stainless steel hardware. The adapter weighs approximately 11oz / 310grams.
