This plate mounts to the bottom of the Canon C100, C300, C500 cinema camera, EF or PL mount.
It allows secure mounting of these cameras to many wedge plates, including Canon's TA-100, DM-Accessories VCT-SP and -LP (all versions), DM-Accessories shoulder kits, and many other products. The plate mounts to the camera using one captive 3/8" screw and four 4mm threaded screws, which are all included. It also provides numerous mounting holes for rod kits and other tripod quick release plates.
The plate is made from aluminum and anodized black for appearance and increased ruggedness.
