Payment
Visa and Mastercard are accepted directly. Also, Paypal is supported, which supports bank transfers, American Express and Discover.

Returns
Products in resellable condition (no nicks, scratches, scuffing or missing pieces), or products that do not perform as advertised are eligible for a full refund of the product price or exchange of equivalent value.

Shipping costs are not refundable except through specific prior arrangement, and even with prior arrangement, refunds will not be given above the value of First Class shipping.

Please contact us before shipping returns.

Products sent for return or exchange must be packaged properly. Products damaged in return shipping due to poor packing will not qualify for a full refund.

Marketing
DM-Accessories does not share specific personal information with other companies, except when required to carry out an order or request, such as for shipping. Customer personal information will not be sold, traded or given. Email addresses will not be given except to shipping companies so they can provide updates on the status of a shipment.

Limited Warranty
Products are warranted from defects in design, materials and workmanship for one year. Warranty does not apply to modified products if the modification contributed to failure. Abuse and neglect that leads to failure will void the warranty. Use outside of advertised capabilities may void the warranty, please email specifics of the use before purchase. To qualify, the original product must be returned to DM-Accessories unless other arrangement is made. Compensation for product failure is limited to replacement or refund the original purchase price of a failed product that was made by DM-Accessories.

Domestic Shipping
UPS and US Postal Service shipping methods are both available through this store. Choose your service and shipping method on check-out.

Domestic packages will normally be shipped the same day or next business day. The buyer will normally be notified of any delay longer than two business days.

International Shipping
This store ships to most countries. If you do not find your country supported at checkout, please use the email in the “Contact Us” link. Your destination should be added quickly, usually the same day of request

Packages to destinations outside the United States is sent by United States Postal Service’s First Class International by default. Usually, you should get the package within a week of shipping, but unfortunately, about two percent of the international packages are delayed such that it takes as much as twenty (20) days to arrive. This is completely beyond our control and there is no tracking number available. The delays may be due to delays in the postal system or backlogs in customs, but this information is not available to us either.

Any package that does not arrive in four weeks will be considered lost in the mail and re-sent.

If you need faster than one week service, please contact us with the info from the “Contact Us” page and we can make arrangements. For some countries, there already is a Global Express Mail shipping option.

Shipping cost varies by weight, but small items like the FLAT and AIS-FLAT should be $7 to anywhere outside the US. HC1-SHIM should be $10 to $11, depending on destination.

International packages will normally be shipped within the next two business days. The buyer will normally be notified of any delay longer than two business days.
